Technical Account Manager - DevOps & SaaS Build Optimization


  • Location: Central US or West Coast

Our client is a well-funded, high-growth SaaS provider headquartered in New York City. The company is focused on enabling organisations to streamline and accelerate software development and deployment through innovative, developer-centric solutions. They are seeking a technically strong, customer-facing Technical Account Manager or Technical Customer Success Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise clients across the United States.

This is a hands-on, consultative role requiring close collaboration with developers, DevOps teams, and engineering leadership. You will support customers in optimising build performance, scaling infrastructure, and improving development velocity. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will leverage deep technical expertise alongside strong commercial acumen to drive product adoption, maximise customer value, and support long-term retention and revenue growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end
  • Lead onboarding, optimisation, and ongoing customer success
  • Improve build performance, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure
  • Drive adoption, retention, and growth (~$10M revenue)
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering teams


What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (TAM / CSM)
  • Strong knowledge of build systems and CI/CD (e.g. Bazel, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems
  • Ability to translate technical value into business impact


Nice to Have

  • Experience with large codebases, Docker/Kubernetes, or AI-driven workflows
