Job description

Join Our Team as an AdTech Lawyer at Axiom

Location: RemoteΒ 

In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients. This is an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft and negotiate a wide variety of different AdTech agreements.Β 
  • Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels.Β 
  • Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow.Β 
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.Β 
  • Represent the Axiom brand at all engagements with a focus on developing the client relationship.Β 
  • Develop a leadership role in Axiom's community of over 5,800 lawyers.Β 
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space for innovative F500 companies.Β 
  • Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
  • Experience taking on complex projects.Β 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Active bar license in the state where you reside.Β 
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong legal knowledge of technology, data privacy, and marketing.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with different departments and shareholders.Β 
Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.Β Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.Β  Employees may be eligible for additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and PTO; flexible work arrangements; and professional development opportunities and tools.
