What We Need

CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Manager, Payments Operations Analytics within our Data & Analytics division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN. In this role, the Manager of Payments Ops Analytics role is responsible for execution, and continuous improvement of analytics supporting Corpay’s payment operations. This role supports operational reporting, business intelligence, performance measurement, and data-driven insights across payment processing, vendor enablement, and master data management initiatives. This position partners closely with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, and Sales leadership to deliver actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance. You will report directly to the VP Data Analytics and Reporting and regularly collaborate with your team and other departments.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Payments Operations Analytics

  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and governance of operational dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
  • Monitor payment operations performance across key workflows, including electronic payments, supplier enablement, transaction processing, and payment exception management.
  • Deliver timely insights into operational trends, service levels, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities for performance optimization and operational efficiency.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Define and manage enterprise reporting standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Translate complex operational and financial data into meaningful business insights for executive leadership.
  • Lead recurring business reviews through data storytelling, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support ad hoc analytical requests and strategic initiatives across the Payments organization.

 

Process Improvement & Strategy

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data quality, and streamline analytical processes.
  • Partner with Technology and Data Engineering teams to enhance data availability, governance, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Support Master Data Management initiatives by ensuring data integrity and consistent reporting across business functions.
  • Champion continuous improvement methodologies and leverage analytics to drive measurable operational outcomes.

 

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Technology teams to define performance metrics and support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support for business cases, operational planning, forecasting, and executive presentations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing data-driven recommendations that influence business decisions.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, payments operations, financial services, or related analytical functions.
  • Strong understanding of payment operations, electronic payments, financial transactions, and operational performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency or aptitude with SQL, Reporting platforms (i.e., Quicksight, Power BI), Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational change.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance tactical execution and long-term planning.
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
