  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Present findings, forecasts, and recommendations to executives and management
  • Provide actionable recommendations to increase revenue and address weaknesses within the sales organization
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using internal and external data sources
  • Support data mining, database management, and sales performance analysis
  • Monitor sales performance against established budgets and business goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical efficiency

Things you need to be able to do:

  • Experience with sales reporting, forecasting, data analysis, or business intelligence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to present findings clearly to executives and business leaders
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
  • Strong computer and database skills
  • Ability to recognize trends and translate data into practical business recommendations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams

Things that are a plus but not a deal-breaker:

  • One or more years of sales management or sales analytics experience
  • Experience with database management or SQL
  • Experience developing dashboards or automated reporting tools
  • Experience working with large or complex datasets
  • Experience supporting revenue forecasting and business planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

What we think you’ll love about Gourmet Foods International:

  • Meaningful Impact: Provide insights that influence sales strategy and business decisions.
  • Team Environment: Join a collaborative team that values accuracy, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Product Experience: Participate in specialty food tastings and learn about emerging products and industry trends.

What else can we offer?
