Job description

We are seeking two clinicians who value both independence and community. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive small group practice while maintaining autonomy over your schedule and clinical focus.

Our office is in the Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles. We accept most major commercial insurance plans and provide administrative and billing support so you can focus on clinical work.

What You’ll Receive

  • Steady referrals from insurance panels
  • Front desk support for intake calls, consultation scheduling, and insurance verification
  • A secure web-based platform for scheduling, telehealth, messaging, and documentation (with AI-assisted note support to streamline charting)
  • Regular case consultation and staff meetings for clinical support
  • Hybrid flexibility: in-person services twice per week (4-hour blocks); remaining hours remote
  • Optional evening and weekend hours

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hybrid pay structure:
    • $30–$55 per billable hour, based on license and experience
    • $20 per hour for non-billable work
  • Paid sick time

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy services to a diverse outpatient client population
  • Complete clinical documentation within required timeframes
  • Participate in case consultation and team meetings

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted California license (Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
  • Or, California Associate registration (Psychological Associate, AMFT, ACSW, APCC)
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
  • Experience or training in outpatient therapy
  • Strong clinical judgment and willingness to collaborate

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Training in evidence-based interventions
  • Areas of specialty such as OCD, trauma, military, phobias, parenting, chronic illness, or other niche expertise - a plus
