Bilingual Associate Therapist (ASW / AMFT / APCC)

Location: Oceanside, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Setting: Community-Based Outpatient

Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Associate Therapist to provide counseling services to children, youth, and adults who have experienced intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and related trauma.

The role focuses on providing trauma-informed and culturally responsive care while supporting clients through counseling and other behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group counseling services.

  • Assess client needs and support appropriate treatment planning.

  • Provide trauma-informed and culturally responsive services.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records.

  • Support children, youth, and adults experiencing trauma and crisis.

  • Collaborate with clients and other service providers to coordinate care.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Active California BBS registration as ASW, AMFT, or APCC.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish is required.

  • Experience with trauma, crisis intervention, intimate partner violence, sexual assault, or vulnerable populations preferred.

  • New graduates are welcome if they have completed their master's degree and obtained the required California BBS registration.
