This position offers a flexible work-from-home environment, allowing you to manage your schedule in a way that suits both your lifestyle and your clients’ needs. While you will primarily conduct sessions virtually, you may also engage with clients in our outpatient office setting as required. • Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and mental health conditions.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and engage in psychopharmacological management, continually assessing clients’ progress and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and develop safety and relapse prevention plans, guiding clients through immediate challenges and linking them with relevant community resources.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary clinical team to discuss case details, progress, and treatment recommendations, fostering an integrated approach to client care.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes to maintain compliance and enhance care collaboration.
• Actively coordinate care with clients’ families and other organizations involved in their treatment to maximize the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at SageWise Wellness, you will work with a diverse panel of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your role is instrumental in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and family conflict. Understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client will be essential in providing tailored and effective therapy.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• An active LMFT license in the state of California, or a relevant license such as Professional Counseling or Clinical Social Work.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the field of mental health therapy.
• Demonstrable proficiency in diagnosing mental health disorders and implementing evidence-based treatment methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to engage in empathetic and intuitive listening.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

While the minimum qualifications are essential, we prefer candidates who have experience working in outpatient settings and with telehealth modalities. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and outcome-focused care methodologies will also enhance your integration into the team.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD $120,000 to $130,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
