CyberLinx Solutions is seeking a skilled Security Analyst (Tier 2) to monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats across our enterprise environment. This role serves as a second level escalation point for security incidents and works closely with Tier 1 analysts, IT teams, and management to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement of security operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor security alerts and events via SIEM, IDS/IPS, and other monitoring tools Investigate and respond to security incidents, escalating to Tier 3 or management when necessary Perform vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and remediation tracking Review logs and alerts from firewalls, endpoints, email security, and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services) Support endpoint protection, patching, and malware analysis efforts Develop and maintain incident documentation, reports, and recommendations Collaborate with IT, network, and compliance teams to enforce security policies and best practices Assist in security awareness and training programs
