• Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services to clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote sessions for convenience.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation, adhering to ethical standards and best practices to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and trends in mental health care.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. • A valid and active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage a caseload effectively and balance administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or private practice is a plus.

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
