Our mission is to provide unparalleled support and resources to individuals seeking mental health assistance, ultimately fostering healthier communities. With a culture that emphasizes collaboration, ongoing training, and ethical practices, we create an environment where providers can thrive while promoting mental wellness.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing counselors to work from the comfort of their own environment while engaging with clients through video and telephonic sessions. Radiant Mental Health Associates operates from Monday to Saturday, providing flexibility in scheduling with the option to create a work-life balance that suits your personal needs. We manage in-house credentialing and insurance participation processes, allowing you to focus on what matters most—your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, tailoring interventions based on the unique needs of each client.
  • Deliver clinical social work or counseling interventions using graduate-level competencies that promote mental health and recovery.
  • Engage in regular communication with multidisciplinary team members regarding assessments, treatment plans, and coordination of care during patient rounds and documentation meetings.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities, to assist clients in reaching their personalized treatment goals.
  • Manage a case load of patients, providing care coordination and collaboration with hospitals, community programs, and other allied health professionals.
  • Maintain timely and ethical documentation practices that comply with departmental standards and promote effective care delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Radiant Mental Health Associates, you will work with diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Each interaction is designed to empower clients, addressing their unique mental health concerns within a supportive and empathetic framework.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or social work, with a demonstrated ability to engage diverse populations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for communicating effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Preferred Experience

Experience with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care is highly desirable. Candidates with experience in community mental health settings or outpatient clinics will stand out. Flexibility to work between 10 to 40 hours per week is essential, allowing you to cater your schedule to your comfort and availability.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Extensive health insurance options, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Professional liability insurance to protect your practice and provide you peace of mind.
  • Generous paid time off and holidays to promote your work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for continuing education and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • A supportive team environment with ongoing supervision and mentorship to help you succeed in your role.
Career Growth Opportunities

Radiant Mental Health Associates is committed to fostering the professional growth of our clinicians. With access to continuing education programs, mentorship opportunities, and potential paths to leadership within the organization, you will be encouraged to grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
