A Remote Airline Trainer is responsible for providing training and instruction to airline staff, such as pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew, using online platforms and virtual tools. They develop and deliver training modules, conduct assessments, and ensure that employees meet regulatory and company standards. Working remotely allows them to reach trainees in different locations without the need for in-person sessions. How does a Remote Airline Trainer effectively engage trainees and deliver hands-on instruction without being onsite?

Remote Airline Trainers utilize a variety of digital tools, such as video conferencing platforms, interactive training modules, and virtual reality simulations, to create engaging and effective learning experiences for airline staff. While not physically present, trainers foster interaction through real-time Q&A sessions, group activities, and personalized feedback. Building rapport and maintaining clear communication are essential, and trainers often work closely with local supervisors or mentors to ensure practical skills are reinforced on the ground. Adapting to different time zones and technological setups can be challenging, but flexibility and strong organizational skills help ensure training objectives are met.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote Airline Trainer, and why are they important?

To excel as a Remote Airline Trainer, you need a strong background in aviation, instructional design, and adult learning principles, often supported by relevant certifications such as FAA instructor ratings or IATA qualifications. We are currently experiencing a massive influx of new member accounts and are looking for personable, professional individuals to join our client services team immediately.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

  • Inbound Consultation: Meet virtually (via Zoom) with union members and veterans who have requested a formal review of their active benefits.

  • Lifetime Passive Income: You own your contract from day one, meaning you build vested residual income that continues to pay you long-term.
  • Fast-Track Promotion: We don't care about corporate politics or how long you've been here. If you perform well and can lead others, you can fast-track into a management position within 90 to 120 days.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of a remote/hybrid schedule once your initial onboarding is successfully completed.
  • Multiple Rewards Throughout the Year:
    • Travel:
      • Local: Hawaii, Dallas, Seattle and more...
      • International: Cancun, Portugal, Rome, Switzerland, New Zealand and more...

      • Earn reward points towards your favorite airlines, travel destinations and more...

Position Requirements & Investment:

We provide a comprehensive virtual training academy and a continuous stream of pre-qualified union requests. In return, we look for candidates who take their careers seriously, meaning:

  • Communication Skills: You must be articulate, down-to-earth, and able to connect easily with working-class families and veterans.

We focus on obtaining professional career advancement not only through in depth personal and group mentorship, we also encourage personal development as well, pushing one as a means to another.

How to Apply: We are filling this month's training class immediately. If you have a professional demeanor, a great work ethic click apply.
