Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Digital Analytics & Insights Analyst specializing in Adobe Analytics for a fully remote contract position. The role involves measuring and communicating advertising performance, providing analytic insights to inform business strategy, and collaborating with various teams to analyze performance and communicate business impact.
Responsibilities:
• Measuring and communicating advertising performance, including designing, developing, implementing, analyzing, and reporting metrics related to media and advertising (including but not limited to Digital media, Email, TV media, etc.) for the purposes of driving fundraising.
• Measure and analyze impact to business goals, including revenue, reach, and engagement metrics, to inform business strategy and media optimizations.
• Provide proactive, timely analytic insights in order to positively impact the audience experience and to achieve defined business goals and objectives.
• Partner closely with Media teams, Experience teams and Audience strategy teams to analyze performance and to communicate business impact, business risks and business opportunity.
• Creating reports in Adobe Analytics to compare time periods, multiple KPIs, and - creating calculated measures.
• Creating ad-hoc analyses in excel with visualizations
• Creating tracking codes for ad assets
• Retrieving and compiling raw data from media platforms.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience analyzing and developing insights for digital media and experience metrics, including measurement of audience reach, user engagement across the journey from ad through the site to conversion.
• Must have experience with web analytic tools of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, and experience working with visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Google Data Studio
• Strong communication skills to translate data and insights into a performance data story that will inform media strategy and optimization.
• Self-motivated with strong intellectual curiosity; comfortable working with large data sets;
• Experience building data queries in SQL a plus.
• 2 years experience

• Excel (strong, not just user)
• Analysis ability (data mining, ETL, data manipulation)
