Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Target/Analytics Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Target and Analytics, including implementation knowledge on Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe workspace reporting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on website optimization and custom-made experience strategies across the website.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own tagging feature requests and implementations from the Business Requirements to Solution Design Reference and through tagging completion.
  • Be a liaison between the Adobe Analytics analysts, launch implementation developers, and data layer developers while owning projects to ensure tagging is complete and accurate.
  • Deliver website optimization and custom-made experience strategies across the website.
  • Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build multi-channel campaigns.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues.
  • Partner with the analytics teams on measurement across custom-made site experiences.
  • Be a point person for Launch development issues and quick-turnaround bugs that arise throughout the day.
  • Develop instrumentation strategies and measurement frameworks across multiple websites.
  • Develop and maintain tracking plans, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business goals.

Required Technical Skills:
  • Implementation knowledge on Adobe Launch (Data Collection), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe workspace reporting.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Target and Analytics.
  • Experience with website optimization and custom-made experience strategies.
  • Knowledge of multi-channel campaigns and campaign management.
  • Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and fix configuration and integration issues.
  • Experience with data layer development and data analytics.

Required Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Adobe Target and Analytics.
  • Relevant certification in Adobe Target and Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Adobe Launch and data collection.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
