Job Description

Measure LNRS site usability/effectiveness and present actionable insights and recommendations based on data results and best practices on a regular basis
Build custom analytics dashboards and reports that can effectively present digital performance to the appropriate audiences
Administer Adobe Analytics platform and lead internal trainings for the users in Marketing
Assist in the definition and creation of Adobe (Omniture) tags for web and mobile applications
Participate in tag management services and maintain integrity across multiple sources of data
Leverage data to gain insight into trending, user experience and behavior in order to drive the appropriate digital marketing, mobile and social strategies by Vertical and Corporate Marketing
Coordinate the execution of A/B tests and analyze test results for presentation to stakeholders
Automate recurring dashboards and reports using tools such as Reportbuilder, MS Excel and Adobe Analytics Dashboards
Partner with multiple stakeholders in Marketing and Product teams to develop and implement analytics requirements and streamline project processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of analytics experience with at least 3 years in web analytics
Strong Adobe Analytics experience (formerly SiteCatalyst and Discover, ReportBuilder, Data Warehouse, etc.)
Solid understanding of Digital Analytics data collection and configuration processes (Data Layer, DTM, Processing rules etc.)
Highly proficient in Excel with building complex dashboards
Highly proficient in PowerPoint with designing analytics-based presentations and visualizations
Understands (and must have hands-on experience in) how to analyze, structure and interpret large volumes of raw data into effective visual stories for business owners
Must be able to work and build relationships across cross-functional teams involving technology, marketing, and product teams
Experience with a Tag Management and site optimization tool (e.g. Adobe Target, Optimizely etc.) desired
