You enjoy using your analytics skills to solve real-world marketing challenges and can translate complex findings into insights anyone can understand. • Partner with media, creative, account and strategy teams to create smart measurement strategies rooted in business outcomes.
  • Provide thought leadership through strategic point of views and performance analytics best practices.

  • Stay current with client-specific martech stacks, AI tools, and digital analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, marketing, computer science, economics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Tableau, SQL and Python a must
  • Strong consulting and communication skills - you're confident presenting to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Experience working with relational databases and navigating marketing performance across digital ecosystems
  • Passion for experimentation, optimization and continuous learning

What We Offer
  • Freelance engagement of 20-30 hours per week, ongoing, based on needs
  • Opportunity to work across a wide range of industries and marketing challenges
  • Supportive and inclusive culture where analytics plays a critical role in shaping our work

Location: Ideal candidates will be based in Milwaukee and could come into the office on occasion as needed.
