 We're seeking a skilled Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As an Admission Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing admissions inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients. This is more than a call center role - it's a front-line opportunity to make a difference in people's lives every single day.


This full-time remote position offers $45,000 to $50,000 annually, with dedicated 8-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of inbound admissions inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Use Salesforce as a primary tool for lead tracking, documentation, and workflow management - proficiency with Salesforce is a strong advantage.
  • Navigate Call Tracking Metrics and Outlook efficiently for communication and follow-up.
  • Provide compassionate, professional customer service to prospective clients and their families.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while multi-tasking across systems and client cases.
  • Coordinate internally with clinical, outreach, and admissions teams to ensure continuity of care and a smooth admissions process.
  • Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and privacy regulations.
