    What Youโ€™ll Do

      The Application Administratorโ€™s role is to work with the business application owner to administer, maintain and support 3rdย party applications. Examples of enterprise applications this teams supports and works with end users include Jira and GoAnywhere but there are approximately 6 applications that are supported.ย 

      • Maintain and resolve basic issues pertaining to 3rd party applications
      • Resolve first level support issues and escalate to second and third level as needed
      • Provide 3rd party application monitoring and perform routine health checks
      • Share on-call responsibilities for supported 3rd party applications
      • Record, track, and document help desk requests and resolution steps
      • Develop and maintain basic documentation for supported 3rd party applications
      • Provide end user training for 3rd party applications (standard functionality)
      • Crosstrain on primary applications within the team
      • Perform and participate in 3rd party application upgrades
      • Assist with tasks on projects
