Must currently hold a Property & Casualty or obtain one before starting.

We're seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Rep who wants to be financially rewarded for outstanding performance. You'll service the insurance and financial needs of all of our customers. We pride ourselves on our community focus and on being a family within our agency, including our customers. We are an elite agency, and growth is a priority for us, which is why we are looking to expand our sales team. We're looking for highly coachable, driven, and motivated salespeople.

  • Base salary is $40K+ based on experience
  • Aggressive commission structure equaling a total compensation package of 70-90K in year one
