Role - Core Project Manager
Remote

Knowledge in APN
Process enhancements.
Knowledge of IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) and VoLTE/VoNR.
Certifications in mobile networks or process improvement (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma).
Experience with scripting languages (Python) for automation of data analysis
Technology Experience:
Domain Knowledge:
In depth understanding of 4G, and 5G network architectures, specifically focusing on session management and packet data handling.
APN Configuration:
Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting APN parameters (APN Name, Type, MMSC, Proxy, Authentication types) on various mobile OS platforms (Android, iOS).
Packet Analysis:
Proficiency in using network protocol analyzers (e.g., Wireshark) to analyze packet traffic and identify causes of packet loss, latency, or connection failures.
Data Analysis:
Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools to track performance metrics (KPIs) and identify trends in connectivity issues.
System Knowledge:
Understanding of GGSN/PGW (Gateway GPRS Support Node / Packet Data Network Gateway) functionality within the mobile core.
Troubleshooting:
Ability to diagnose complex connectivity problems, such as failed data sessions, improper IP assignments, or roaming issues.
Process Mapping:
Ability to document and optimize current APN provisioning or troubleshooting workflows to improve efficiency.
