  • Develop business cases and recommendations for technology investments.
  • Monitor IT systems and services to identify risks, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support information security, access management, compliance, and technology governance initiatives.

  • Minimum three years of experience in information technology, infrastructure, systems administration, IT operations, or a related field.
  • Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or supervising technical resources.
  • Experience supporting and managing business technology environments.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and operational responsibilities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications of the IT Manager:

  • Experience supporting and managing Microsoft-based environments, including Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and SaaS applications.
  • Knowledge of IT operations, help desk management, systems administration, networking, hardware support, identity and access management, and IT asset lifecycle management.
  • Experience leading IT projects, managing vendors and technology solutions, and maintaining service performance standards.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to develop and guide technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
