This is a remote position.

We’re looking to hire a Data Operations & Records Specialist to support day-to-day data management, records administration, and document processing. The successful candidate will maintain accurate information, organize records, update internal systems, and help ensure administrative processes run smoothly.

Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience with data entry, records management, database systems, or administrative support is highly valued.

The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams. The candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate, secure, and accessible organizational information.

Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and verify information in internal databases and spreadsheets.
  • Organize, file, scan, and retrieve electronic and physical records.
  • Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and correct routine data-entry errors and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate client, member, account, and organizational records.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, summaries, and administrative documents.
  • Assist with database updates, data cleanup, and records-management projects.
  • Respond to authorized requests for documents and information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to verify and obtain missing information.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements
