Build Exceptional Projects. Lead by Example. Grow Your Career.
This opportunity is for you if...

  • You have solid experience in residential remodeling and take pride in doing things the right way.
  • You can work independently, solve problems on the fly, and keep projects moving forward.

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site.
  • Identifying problems early and helping develop solutions.
  • Using company job management software for daily updates, photos, notes, and project communication.
  • Delivering quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations.

Bonus Points For
  • Experience with kitchen and bathroom renovations.
  • Ability to manage small crews or subcontractors.
  • Experience with layout, planning, and project sequencing.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Not afraid of heights.
  • Bilingual abilities.
The Type of Person Who Succeeds Here
  • Takes pride in craftsmanship.
  • Shows up prepared and ready to work.
  • Has a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Treats clients, coworkers, and subcontractors with respect.
  • Is accountable for their work.
  • Understands that great remodeling projects require teamwork and attention to detail.
This Position Is NOT For Someone Who
  • Has a negative attitude.
  • Avoids responsibility or accountability.
  • Creates drama on the job site.
  • Is unwilling to learn and improve.
  • Simply punches a clock and does the minimum.
