Home MD Exteriors & Remodeling is looking for a reliable and experienced 1099 subcontractor to join our growing team. We specialize in decks, siding, roofing, garages, remodeling, windows, doors, and general exterior work.

We are looking for someone who: • Has experience in remodeling/construction

• Has their own tools and transportation

• Can work independently and as part of a crew

• Shows up on time and takes pride in quality work

• Has knowledge of framing, siding, decks, roofing, and general carpentry

• Can communicate professionally with homeowners and crew members

Typical work includes: • Deck builds and resurfacing

• Vinyl & LP siding

• Window and door installs

• Framing and exterior remodeling

• General construction and repair work
