Location: Mechanicsburg, PA | 1st Shift | Weekly Pay

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and takes pride in creating high-quality treats? REM Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced and fun warehouse dedicated to crafting chocolate-covered pretzels and gourmet sweets loved across the country!

Join our clients a passionate team where every shift smells like chocolate and teamwork makes the magic happen.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handcraft small-batch pretzels and brittle treats with precision and care
  • Assist in cooking, forming, dipping, decorating, and packaging delicious confections
  • Wrap and seal finished products for retail or wholesale distribution
  • Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail and presentation
  • Help assemble seasonal gift boxes and prep for pop-up events or promotions
  • Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean, sanitary work environment
  • Cross-train in different departments like decorating, packaging, and production prep
  • Lift ingredients and packaging materials (up to 40 lbs), and stay on your feet throughout your shift
  • Work as part of a tight-knit, team-oriented crew to meet daily production goals
