We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMT (Construction Materials Testing) Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing field and laboratory testing of construction materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow technically and professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct field and laboratory tests on construction materials including soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates.
- Interpret and document test results accurately, providing insights and recommendations as needed.
- Utilize testing equipment and tools effectively, maintaining their calibration and ensuring they meet industry standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and present data to engineers and project managers.

**Qualifications:**
