This is a contingent position based upon contract award.
KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Enterprise Program Manager to join our team supporting a government client in Aurora, Colorado, providing management oversight to three separate locations (two CONUS and one OCONUS).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Fully coordinate and collaborate on all tasks, activities, requirements and issues at the Enterprise level as they pertain to the support of the Customer
  • Identify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer feedback on program cost, performance, quality, schedule and risk.
  • Develop plans and schedules, and define and document the implementation of requirements
  • Use established program management procedures to monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance; assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action.
  • Review and clarify contract requirements as they are dispensed from the requirements management tool, and propose cleared, qualified personnel to expeditiously fulfill the requirements
  • Identify potential downstream issues that may negatively affect meeting requirements and provide recommendations to mitigate negative impacts
  • Manage customer expectations with proactive, consistent and transparent communication.
  • Ensure continuity of support with contractor personnel changes and approving of staffing alignments /allocations
  • Interface with the CO, COTR and Government leadership
  • Oversee the execution of the Transition Plan
  • Oversee the management and implementation of the PMP
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for formal discussion with the customer, including frequent customer interaction with the intent to sustain and improve customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the Contractor's Environmental, Health and Safety functions, ensuring that all safe work practices are being followed
  • Monitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs
  • Oversee the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures and programs
  • Oversee the monitoring and inspecting of maintenance, repair and service operations for quality control and contract compliance
  • Ensure that management and contract reports are accurate before submission.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph
  • 15 years of program management experience with large, complex requirements associated with operations and sustainment functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
  • Management experience with P&L responsibility
  • Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics
  • Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment
  • Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills
  • Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment
  • Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations
  • Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects.
  • Knowledge and experience in exercise or crisis management policies and experience planning, coordinating and delivering support to special events

Desired:
  • PMP or equivalent, certifications in quality control or assurance, experience with managing secure facilities.

Basic Compensation:
$177,700 - $244,400
This range is for the CO area only.
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
