Job description

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services in an outpatient clinic setting.


Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree as applicable to the profession.
  • Active Illinois state license in the appropriate discipline required to start.
  • Experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience managing clinical staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Experience developing clinical programs, implementing therapy strategies, and coordinating patient care across disciplines.
  • Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and regulatory/compliance standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
