Job Summary
The Resident Relocation Coordinator is a key member of the relocation team responsible for managing and coordinating resident relocation activities across multiple project sites. This role works closely with residents, property management teams, construction partners, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely relocation processes.
The coordinator provides direct assistance to residents throughout the relocation process, including assessments, move coordination, counseling, documentation, and follow-up support. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple relocation tasks simultaneously while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local relocation regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Relocation Coordination
Take inventory of tenant belongings and furniture, including documenting large items, infestation issues, clutter, or hoarding concerns.
Site and Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with construction teams, property management, development teams, and contractors to ensure relocation timelines are met.

Education & Experience
Experience in relocation services, property management, social services, customer service, or a related field preferred.
