Job description

Please note relocation is required for this role to:

Deming, NM

Director Imaging

Directs the Diagnostic Imaging Department's operations including nuclear medicine, MRI, radiology, computer-assisted tomography and ultrasound. Supervises new testing procedures and related protocol. Regulates the maintenance of departmental facilities, supplies, equipment, and material in a manner to promote health, comfort, and efficiency. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Radiology, Business or related field, preferred Master’s Degree desirable.

  • 2 years experience as a Director of a radiology/medical imaging department is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in Medical Imaging.

  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • State license
  • Current BLS Certification or obtain within 30 days from hire date; maintain such certifications and licenses
