Physical Therapist (Clinical Director)

Job Type: Full-time

Shifts: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No weekends

Summary:

An established and rapidly growing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to step into a Clinic Director role. This leader will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, manage staff, maintain clinical excellence, and drive clinic growth. The ideal candidate is skilled in outpatient orthopedics, manual therapy, and leadership and ready to replace the owner in direct patient care to support expansion.

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected team with a long-standing community presence and a strong growth trajectory.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

  • Active Utah PT license (or ability to obtain)

  • 2-3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience

  • Strong manual therapy skills

  • No legal or ethical disciplinary actions
