• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and ensure thorough understanding of their concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches catered to each client's unique situation.
• Utilize telehealth platforms proficiently to provide effective counseling sessions, ensuring a seamless therapeutic experience for clients.
• Maintain detailed client records in compliance with confidentiality standards, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—when required to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated on the latest therapeutic modalities and telehealth practices.

Our client base at Cardinal Behavioral Health Center encompasses individuals from varied backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Counselors will need to demonstrate cultural competency and the ability to connect with diverse populations, using effective communication strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• A valid state license as a professional counselor (LPC) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing clinical counseling services, with demonstrated effectiveness in managing diverse client cases.
• Strong advocacy for mental health and an unwavering commitment to client care and ethical practice.

• Previous experience using telehealth platforms for conducting virtual counseling sessions is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and best practices for remote documentation.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management is a plus.

The position offers an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
