Blended Healing Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team. • Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients’ mental health status and therapeutic needs.
• Develop tailored therapy plans based on individual client assessments, integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other modalities.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions through our secure telehealth platform, providing clients with necessary tools and coping strategies to manage their mental health effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and referrals as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress within electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in continuous education to stay updated with the latest mental health research and treatment modalities.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Our emphasis on culturally responsive therapy requires counselors to understand the unique challenges faced by clients from various backgrounds and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields is required; however, candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree are preferred.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado is mandatory.
• At least four years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with evidence of delivering both individual and group therapy.
• Proficient understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities, paired with strong crisis intervention skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport with diverse populations.
• Experience with EHR systems and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting or familiarity with digital therapeutic tools.
• Demonstrated ability to address mental health issues through a culturally competent lens.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and active participation in supervision or peer consultations.
