Job Type: Full Time
Day-To-Day- Provides direct support and case management to homeowners throughout the recovery and repair process.
- Conducts client screening, intake, and eligibility verification (e.g., income, property ownership).
- Assesses clients' functional, social, and emergency needs to develop and monitor individualized service plans.
- Guides clients through restoration recovery, ensuring clear communication of project status and expectations.
- Conducts field visits with community partners to assess home conditions and support relocation needs, if necessary.
- Maintains ongoing communication with clients, responding promptly to needs while protecting confidentiality.
- Supports clients with education on tenant rights, responsibilities, and available community resources.
- Documents and updates client files in compliance with policy, audit, and funding requirements.
- Manages homeowner intake, application, and eligibility tracking processes.
- Coordinates with construction teams to support homeowner access and service continuity.
- Leads community outreach efforts, including presentations, social media, and recruitment of eligible participants.
- Prepares marketing materials and handles public inquiries and initial program information sessions.
Qualifications- Requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of one year direct case management experience in social service employment setting
- Working knowledge of issues and resources in relation to disaster relief service for families.
- Social work certification and supervisory experience are highly preferred.
- Valid Texas Driver's License, clear MVR and ability to be insured required.
