A leading hospital is seeking an experienced Manager of ED & Observation Case Management to lead case management operations within the Emergency Department and Observation units. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing utilization management, discharge planning, and case management services while leading a multidisciplinary team of nursing and social work professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient resource utilization.
