Description

The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process. The goal is to help cultivate the students' interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in related field
  • High school teaching experience preferred
  • Employment is contingent on the applicant passing a full background check

Candidate should:

  • Have an academic background in their area of study
  • Demonstrate curriculum knowledge and the ability to follow standards based instruction in a resourceful manner, to plan and deliver engaging learning opportunities and activities for maximum effectiveness
  • Be proficient in the daily use and integration of technology in the educational environment
  • Stay abreast of current research and educational best practices by evidence of pursuing continual professional development
  • Be a skilled communicator and have the ability to work effectively with students, parents, peers, administrators and others
  • Have the ability to assess levels of student achievement, analyze test results and deliver instruction to varied learners
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by administration
