Job description

Responsibilities: Assist the managers with the daily operational responsibilities. Ensure staff is following proper opening and closing procedures in assigned areas. Help ensure that the operation is running properly and efficiently, while meeting and exceeding budgeted goals.  Help supervise staff to make sure all cash-handling policies and procedures are being followed. Relieve staff in assigned areas for breaks and lunches at appropriate times throughout the day. Ensure staff is providing “World Class Service” to all customers. Work directly with customers and solve any issues that may arise. Ensure sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness are monitored and enforced.  Assist with training and performance of assigned personnel. Support the manager with departmental goals and objectives relating to the business. The starting rate for this position is $17.00 per hour but may increase based on availability and experience.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required with some college preferred. Supervisory experience in a fast paced, large volume atmosphere preferred. Must have flexible hours. Work schedule varies, but is mostly days with some evening events.  Must be available weekends and holidays. Work schedules change according to business demands. General familiarity of Microsoft Excel and Word required. Food Service Sanitation Certificate a plus. All successful candidates for this position will be required to submit to a criminal background check and drug test.
