The Housekeeping & Laundry Manager will assist the Executive Housekeeper with the effective and efficient operation of the Housekeeping & Laundry department. This person will be directly responsible for the day-to-day Housekeeping & Laundry operations in the guest rooms and public areas, as well as handling guest concerns to ensure resolution to the satisfaction of the guest and OUTRIGGER. Supports and implements policies and procedures for hosts to ensure alignment with OUTRIGGER's values and objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years' housekeeping supervisory experience or hotel managerial experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

While base pay starts at $68,000-$73,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
