What this job involves:

Join JLL's Workplace Experience team as a Workplace Ambassador, where you'll deliver exceptional daily client experiences through proactive communication, enhanced engagement, and personalized service that strengthens partnerships between JLL, service providers, and clients. This position is essential to JLL's commitment to creating hospitality-focused workplace environments by serving as the initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to training centers and meeting services. You'll combine your passion for service, strong interpersonal abilities, and enthusiasm for hospitality to positively impact the care and comfort of client employees and guests while executing experience services consistent with SLAs, standard processes, and professional brand image. This client-facing role offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact projects with leading global businesses, develop your professional skills, and build meaningful connections while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through business intelligence, best practices, and process re-engineering.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to training centers and meeting services within the workplace, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care and comfort of client employees and guests.

  • Conduct routine walkthroughs of the campus including training centers, meeting rooms, and food service locations onsite to provide assessments of workplace experience services delivered, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, policies, regulations, and performance metrics for stable service delivery.

  • Work with key account and client stakeholders to organize, host, and operationalize key engagement events within the assigned client location to enhance experience, while assisting the experience services team in supporting after-hours events on an as-needed basis.

  • Serve as training center event concierge and manage conference room bookings including resolution of scheduling conflicts, assist with managing early training room and conference center group arrivals as needed, and provide administrative and operational excellence for soft services.

  • Provide backup support to receptionists on the Workplace Experience team through providing lunch breaks and PTO requests as needed, while working collaboratively within the account team in the delivery of Experience Services across all business lines.

  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with the client's goals and objectives, achieve and exceed performance goals, team goals, and client objectives, and identify potential risks and escalate appropriately to ensure no privacy breach, security incident, or disruption to client operations.

  • Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting and participating in the development of best practices, new tools, process re-engineering, and other ideas that provide service delivery efficiencies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with exceptional customer service skills and professionalism demonstrating a passion for hospitality and ability to positively impact client experiences.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and time management skills enabling independent work.

  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service with ability to work with diverse teams-lead and/or follow while being respectful, cooperative, and accountable.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization and with diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and Outlook) with ability to adapt to new devices, technology, and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years minimum of prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, and/or knowledge of commercial real estate.

  • Excellent organizational skills and process management abilities with proven track record of managing conference room bookings, scheduling conflicts, training center operations, and event coordination.

  • Experience working collaboratively within account teams to deliver Experience Services across multiple business lines including Facility Management, Engineering, Transactions, and Projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to assist with third-party vendor relationships and service partners to provide maximum service delivery and operational excellence.

  • Experience conducting workplace assessments, supporting data collection and analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery efficiencies and client satisfaction.
