Job Description

RPI Consultants seeks an Infor Program Manager with extensive experience managing full cycle Infor ERP implementations.  This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of Infor FSM, HCM, WFM and XM systems across client organizations. This position leverages business strategy, technology, and change management to ensure implementation initiatives align with corporate goals and deliver measurable business value.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage Project Portfolio: Oversee multiple related projects, understand interdependencies, assist with project prioritization and connect dots.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish governance frameworks, steering committee processes, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes, including vendor negotiations.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor and lead and coordinate, multi-disciplinary teams (IT, Finance, HR, etc.); foster and manage collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption of new systems
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with executive leadership, sponsors, and end-users; report progress, issues, and risks to senior management
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in full cycle Infor implementations, with proven success in large-scale projects
  • Familiarity with finance, supply chain and HR business processes
  • Proficiency with Project Management Software tools
