Job description

Why It's Worth It

You'll be the creative voice behind campaigns, product launches, and events that reach our Fortune 500 customers and prospects - designing across social, web, email, and live experiences as part of a close-knit, in-house creative team, fully in-office at our Tampa headquarters. You'll work alongside talented designers, animators, videographers, and web developers on work that actually ships, not shelved concepts, with a professional development budget and a mentorship-minded team to help you grow your craft. If you want a portfolio that grows fast, real ownership, and hands-on access to a modern creative stack - Adobe Creative Suite, Figma- this is it.

The Everyday Hustle

  • Design across digital-first mediums - social, web, email campaigns - with an eye for consistency and craft
  • Build and evolve ReliaQuest's brand assets, keeping every touchpoint sharp and on-brand
  • Create motion concepts and storyboards that bring user flows and brand stories to life
  • Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to turn project briefs into standout creative
  • Pitch bold, on-brand concepts for campaigns, launches, and events
  • Keep a pulse on design trends and tools so our visuals never feel dated

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of professional design experience (internships, freelance, or agency/in-house all count) - or a standout portfolio that demonstrates equivalent skill
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and real-world execution across channels
  • Experience owning projects end-to-end (concept design production delivery)
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma
  • Strong command of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Proven ability to develop/extend brand identities and create cohesive visual systems
  • Strong conceptual thinking: can generate multiple directions and justify design decisions
  • Experience with export workflows for web

What Makes You Uncommon?

  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders (marketing, product, sales, leadership)
  • Comfortable presenting work, handling critique, and iterating quickly
  • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency at scale
  • Understanding of marketing channels (social, email, web, ads, events) and designing for each
  • Basic sound design or video editing (Premiere, Audition, etc.)
