Qualifications

Required:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline. Experience is the most relevant factor.
  • 6+ years proven experience with ServiceNow administration, ServiceNow analytics and reporting, and infrastructure management (including SSO, certificates, MID Server, PowerShell, and JavaScript), with a strong focus on ensuring platform reliability by monitoring incidents and health metrics, resolving issues through logs, and leveraging best practices in change, release, and automation to improve operational and platform efficiency.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and administering monitoring solutions (Dynatrace, ServiceNow Instance Observer, Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in hosting highly available cloud native applications, using auto-scaling, self-resilient architectures, across various cloud service providers such as Azure, AWS and GCP.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues in production environment, with high accuracy, conducting root cause analysis, providing preventive measures based on RCA on multiple cloud providers, including ServiceNow.
  • 3+ years of experience in defining SLO and SLI for cloud native applications, measuring, reporting and alerting using custom scripts or monitoring solutions.
  • 1+ years of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and specifically AIOps.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in a major module such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or APM.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and products you build.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113100 to $232300.
