Job Summary: The Manager, Digital Execution & Reliability role provides strategic leadership for Popeyes' digital business, driving the growth, performance, and evolution of digital ordering, third-party delivery, and catering channels. The position develops and executes enterprise digital strategies that enhance the guest experience, accelerate revenue growth, and support long-term business objectives. Working cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Franchise, and external partners, the role ensures alignment across key initiatives and technology investments. The leader oversees the performance, scalability, and reliability of the digital ecosystem while fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Success is achieved through strong cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and the successful execution of strategic initiatives that strengthen Popeyes' digital capabilities and business performance.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of 3P delivery, catering, and digital growth strategies across Popeyes' digital ecosystem.

  • Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Franchise teams to define priorities that improve customer experience, drive sales growth, and enhance platform performance.

  • Own the roadmap for key growth and operational initiatives, balancing business objectives, customer needs, technical constraints, and operational requirements.

  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities across digital ordering, delivery, catering, and marketplace channels to accelerate growth and improve guest engagement.

  • Establish project governance, prioritize initiatives, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

  • Oversee vendor onboarding, implementation, and performance management to support a scalable and reliable digital ecosystem.

  • Direct the onboarding and activation strategy for new restaurant locations across delivery aggregators, catering platforms, and digital ordering channels.

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of pricing, menu, and operational data across all digital platforms.

  • Provide leadership and direction across cross-functional teams, driving accountability, alignment, and execution excellence.

  • Develop executive-ready reporting and business reviews that communicate performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or digital performance analysis or related fields

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven ability to work with large, complex dataset, efficiently manipulating and analyzing data to surface clear, actionable insights.

  • Experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards that communicate performance stories to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Sharp analytical instincts with a track record of identifying trends and translating them into business recommendations.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
