Your Role

As a Member Relationship Officer, you'll assist members through all service delivery channels-including in‑branch, phone, chat, text, and online platforms. You'll play a key role in opening accounts, supporting consumer lending, educating members on products and services, and providing back‑up support for cash services as needed.

This role will be based at our new Troutdale branch once it opens later this year. Prior to the Troutdale opening, training and onboarding may take place at our NE Portland location.

You'll build trusted relationships by delivering accurate, friendly service and helping members navigate their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional member service across in‑branch, phone, and digital channels
  • Open new accounts and process account maintenance and member requests
  • Interview members for consumer loans, recommend options, and prepare loan documents
  • Assist members with online banking, ITMs, and other electronic services
  • Generate referrals for mortgage and home equity products as appropriate

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in banking, credit union, or related financial services
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, member‑focused approach
  • Ability to multitask and work comfortably across multiple service channels
  • Detail‑oriented with accurate data entry and documentation skills
  • Friendly, dependable, and team‑oriented
