What you'll be doing

As a Relationship Manager, you'll focus on growing direct revenue, retaining high-net-worth client relationships, and expanding business within your portfolio. You'll align with clients' sophisticated financial needs, investment objectives, and our organization's strategy, while actively growing your client base through networking, community involvement, and exceptional relationship management. You'll leverage your expertise in investment and wealth advisory services to deliver tailored solutions that inspire trust and drive results. Your proactive approach will help deepen relationships, support new business development efforts, and ensure a seamless client experience.

This role has an expected salary range of $175,000 - 225,000 for the Houston, TX market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
