This organization supports clients across life sciences and advanced manufacturing where compliance, contamination control, and operational precision are critical. Their team is looking for a strong Business Development Manager who can build relationships in the field, develop new business, and sell consultatively into technical environments. The underlying role is focused on territory growth, market development, client visits, and expanding business across sectors such as biotech, pharma, medical devices, semiconductor, aerospace, and precision manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
Build and grow business within an assigned territory through proactive prospecting, client meetings, networking, and field based relationship development.
Identify and develop new opportunities within life sciences and advanced manufacturing accounts.
Build relationships with decision makers across Quality, Facilities, Engineering, and Operations.
Present service solutions in a consultative way, with a focus on regulatory compliance, contamination control, and operational excellence.
Partner with internal teams to develop client specific proposals for cleanroom and critical environment needs.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Support onboarding of new clients and help drive long term account growth and retention.
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of B2B sales experience
At least 2 years selling into life sciences, advanced manufacturing, or another technical or regulated environment
Strong business development and hunting background with success winning new accounts
Experience selling consultatively through complex, multi stakeholder buying processes
Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, cleanrooms, controlled environments, or critical environment protocols is highly preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills with technical and executive audiences
CRM experience required, Salesforce preferred
