What You'll Do

As our Compliance Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting organizational compliance, quality assurance, and risk management efforts across the agency. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting facility inspections and compliance reviews to ensure regulatory and organizational standards are met
  • Identifying potential compliance or safety concerns and helping develop solutions and corrective action plans
  • Creating and facilitating trainings related to compliance, accreditation standards, documentation, and best practices
  • Supporting organizational readiness for audits, surveys, and licensure reviews
  • Reviewing documentation, electronic records, and billing information for accuracy and compliance
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of compliance tools, audit systems, reports, and policies
  • Monitoring changes in regulations and industry standards and communicating updates to leadership
  • Partnering with program leadership, operations, and revenue cycle teams to identify and reduce organizational risk
  • Preparing reports and tracking compliance trends, audit findings, and program performance
  • Helping strengthen a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
