Commercial Construction Project Manager – Lead Arizona Division Expansion for Premier General Contractor

The Opportunity

You will serve as a key regional leader, spearheading business expansion by building and launching our new office in Arizona. This executive-track role grants you the autonomy to construct your own team and drive large-scale tenant improvement initiatives. You will leverage a 50-year legacy and an exceptional client network to establish our presence in a expanding market.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Oversee complete commercial construction lifecycles from initial bid package generation to final project closeout.
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor daily project operations teams and site supervisors to execute top-tier commercial buildouts.
  • Direct diverse trades including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and specialized tenant improvement disciplines.
  • Manage project financials through precise profit forecasting, budget tracking, and subcontractor bid analysis.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with high-profile commercial clients and property management teams.
  • Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety standards, project schedules, and daily administrative reporting protocols.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of recent commercial tenant improvement and project management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in plan reading, scheduling, profit forecasting, and budget control.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing subcontractor bids, qualifying project scope, and negotiating contract terms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong working knowledge of general contract regulations and OSHA construction safety standards.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • Proven track record of launching regional branch locations or building new construction teams from the ground up.
  • Deep familiarity with unit cost estimation, design-build proposals, and regional building codes.
