Position Title: Key Account Manager LATAM - Instrumentation & Volume Accounts


Location: Sorocaba, Brazil


Position Summary

Responsible for driving sales growth across Latin America through the management and development of distributors, sales representatives, strategic accounts, and volume business opportunities within the Instrumentation portfolio.

The role will focus on channel development, account management, business expansion, partner engagement, and execution of commercial strategies across the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop distributors and sales representatives throughout LATAM.
  • Drive revenue growth and market share expansion for the Instrumentation product portfolio.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and end users.
  • Support partners with business development, account planning, and opportunity management.
  • Maintain sales pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Technical Support, Product Management, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Travel throughout LATAM to support customers, partners, and business development activities (up to 50%).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Maintenance Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related technical fields.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and key account management.
  • Experience with channel management, distributors, and sales representatives.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with technical or industrial products.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% across Brazil and LATAM.

Language Requirements

  • Portuguese: Native
  • English: Intermediate to Advanced
  • Spanish: Intermediate to Advanced

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Instrumentation, Test & Measurement, Thermography, Industrial Automation, Electrical, Maintenance, Safety, or related industrial markets.
  • Experience with public tenders, government procurement, and bidding processes.
  • Experience or strong interest in Defense and Law Enforcement markets.
  • Knowledge of CRM, SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience working across multiple LATAM countries.
