In this multifaceted role, you will support leaders and cross-functional fulfillment teams across a wide range of activities, collaborating with various business units to refine and implement innovative business guidelines through lean processes. Yourexpertisewill be crucial in leading the administration of all types of contracting projects efficiently through our processes and systems. As a subject matter expert in contracting business systems and processes, you will proactively resolve administrative challenges anddemonstratestrong business and financial acumen. Additionally, you will support associates in setting personal development goals andestablishingyearly performanceobjectives. Recognized as a leader within the business, you will alsoparticipatein the interview process and oversee the implementation of our standard on-boarding protocols.

What you will do:

  • Lead and develop a team of 2-15 direct reports in a player-coach capacity,monitoringindividual performance and regional project portfolio progress to ensuretimely, successful project delivery.

  • Partner with regional operations leadership on business planning, financial reporting, and resource allocation to support organizational goals and operational success.

  • Drive compliance initiatives and key performance metrics to ensure alignment with businessobjectives, adherence to processes, and strong project execution.

  • Identifyand implement continuous improvement opportunities through lean leadership, change management, and active participation in regional and national business initiatives.

  • Establish and lead standard work practices by developing procedures, implementing best practices,identifyingimprovement areas, and conducting confirmation audits.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across sales, service, equipment, and leadership teams while enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and corrective actions.

  • Support operational and project controls excellence by leading hiring and onboarding of Controls Technicians, ensuring process compliance,maintainingdocumentation, and collaborating on estimating, installation, and commissioning.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a contracting controls role, with demonstrated success in supporting business operations and driving results.

  • Partner with leadership to improve business performance by identifying gaps, implementing forward-looking practices, and leading efficiency initiatives that strengthen strategy and planning.

  • Lead and support change management efforts by coaching and developing team members to successfully adapt to business and organizational changes.

  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including delivering training, reinforcing standard work, supporting development, and resolving conflict across diverse audiences.

  • Provide strong customer service support by delivering tools, resources, and leadership in escalated situations, with at least 3 years of experience meeting business and customer needs.

  • Lead direct reports and cross-functional teams in achieving business goals, maintaining compliance, driving process adherence, and holding individuals accountable for performance and results.

  • Plan resources effectively, anticipate challenges, identify process or performance gaps, and implement practical solutions while fostering strong collaboration across teams and organizational levels.
