R&B Wholesale Distributors, LLC. (R&B) is a leading appliance distribution company headquartered in Southern California. As a family-owned business with over 58 years of success, we proudly serve retailers throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada. Our continued growth has created an immediate opportunity for a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team.

This territory covers the Los Angeles County market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the appliance industry, a proven sales background, and established relationships with retail appliance dealers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by developing strong relationships with retail appliance dealers.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and territory visits to support existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Train dealers on the products we distribute.
  • Collaborate closely with local branch offices and warehouse teams to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the sales process, including product promotion, order management, service support, and delivery follow-up.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide timely sales forecasts, account updates, and territory performance reports.
  • Resolve customer concerns and proactively address issues to maintain high levels of dealer satisfaction.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and competitive trends within the territory.
Qualifications
  • Previous outside sales experience in the appliance industry required.
  • Experience of calling on and managing retail appliance dealer accounts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
